Staff — 2011:

There is always lots going on at the offices during the week and we have some fantastic full-time and part-time staff. Below are some of our current staff members.

Betsy de Thierry — Church Leader:

Betsy & Andrew have four sons; Josh, Ben, Jonah and Noah, and they have busy, happy lives! Betsy loves chocolate and coffee shops!...and she is passionate about growing a vibrant relevant church to impact our cities and beyond.

Andrew de Thierry — Church Leader:

Andrew & Betsy have four sons; Josh, Ben, Jonah and Noah, and they have busy, happy lives! Andrew runs the Theology College, and has a passion for speed boats and mountains!

Jon Willcox — Assistant Pastor:

Jon is married to Rachel and has three beautiful children: Becca, Abi and Sam. He is passionate about church and loves helping facilitate people moving closer to Jesus. When not in Bath, they love to either be serving in Africa or surfing in Cornwall.

Caroline Gelderblom — Leadership Team:

Caroline is part of the Leadership Team.

Heather Brown — PA to Church Leaders, Sunday Production:

Heather is a mum of two and as well as being an administrator she heads up the Family Department with her husband Andy

Deon Plaatjies — Worship, Youth and Building Maintenance:

Deon recently joined our staff team.

Jess Clayton — Events and Sunday Production Assistant:

Jess joined the staff team in September 2011.

Katie Thomson — Kid's Administrator:

Katie is looking after the administration for our Kids Teams.

Rob Small — Christians Against Poverty:

Married to Chris, doting grandfather, a keen photographer (especially scenes & landscapes), occasional jogger (!) and loves food — of any kind!

Lucy Woodruff — Christians Against Poverty:

Lucy works with Rob in the CAP office.

Georgie Stanton — Trauma Recovery Centre:

Georgie works for the TRC.

Kirsten Ottley — Finance Assistant:

Kirsten joined the staff team in 2011.
